Result of EGM
MITIE announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today the
ordinary resolution, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 8 October
2004 relating to the proposed issue of shares in MITIE Cleaning Services
Limited, was duly passed.
A copy of the resolution has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Documents
Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
