MITIE Group PLC (the 'MITIE') - Notice of General Meeting

MITIE has today sent to shareholders a Notice convening a General Meeting.  The meeting will be held at Ground Floor East, The Cottons Centre, Cottons Lane, 47/49 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QG on 10 November 2011 at 9.30am for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing of the resolutions contained within the notice.

The Notice will be available to view on MITIE's website: www.mitie.co.uk, and a copy of the Notice and form of proxy have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be made available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
