MITIE Group PLC - Proceedings of Extraordinary General Meeting
At the MITIE Group PLC ('MITIE') extraordinary general meeting held today to
consider the introduction of an employee share scheme in relation to MITIE
Security Holdings Limited, as further detailed in the circular sent to MITIE
shareholders on 10 September 2007, the proposed ordinary resolution was passed.
Copies of the resolution have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and
will be available at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which
is situated at: The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade,
London E14 5HS.
For information, the results of the proxy voting are as follows:
For & discretion: 141,893,454 votes representing 83% of votes cast
Against: 29,758,327 votes representing 17% of votes cast.
