MITON UK MICROCAP TRUST PLC
C SHARE CONVERSION
The Board of Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc announces that the Manager has now substantially invested the proceeds of the recent C Share issue in accordance with its investment policy and consequently the conversion of the C Shares will take place in accordance with the provisions of the Articles, as summarised in the prospectus dated 4 February 2016. It is expected that conversion will occur in accordance with the following timetable: Conversion calculation date             14 July 2016 Conversion date close of business       19 July 2016 Dealings in new Ordinary Shares arising on conversion are expected to commence, and listing of C shares cancelled, at 8.00 am on 20 July 2016. The Company will make an application for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange from the same time and date.
