Dividend Declaration

The Directors of Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc have recommended a final dividend of 0.14p per Ordinary share, in respect of the period ended 30 April 2016, subject to shareholder approval, which is being sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 September 2016.

If approved, the final dividend in respect of the period ended 30 April 2016 will be paid on 7 October 2016 to shareholders on the register as at 26 August 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 25 August 2016.
