First day of dealings

Further to its previous announcements, Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc (the "Company") announces the commencement of dealings in its C shares at 8.00 am today on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and admission to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ("Admission").

The C shares will trade under the ticker "MINC".

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company, as at 19 February 2016, are as follows:
