Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc (the "Company") has published a supplementary prospectus approved by the FCA (the "Supplementary Prospectus"). The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the period ended 30 April 2016.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 4 February 2016 in relation to its share issuance programme of up to 250 million ordinary and/or C shares in aggregate (the "Share Issuance Programme").

The Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available on the Investment Manager's website (via www.mitongroup.com), subject to certain access restrictions, and available for inspection at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, at 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH. In addition, a copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
