Blocklisting and Issue of Equity
The Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 40,000
ordinary 2p shares, which were issued pursuant to the exercise of staff share
options, to be admitted to the Official List, and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company and dealings are expected to commence on 12 April 2006. The issued share
capital of the Company following this announcement is 51,483,385 ordinary shares
of 2p each.
In addition the Company has applied to the FSA for the Blocklisting of 815,250
shares under the following schemes:
MJ Gleeson Group Executive Share Option Scheme (1997) 120,250
MJ Gleeson Group Executive Share Option Scheme (1991) 385,250
MJ Gleeson Group Share Save Scheme 210,000
MJ Gleeson Group Share Purchase Plan 100,000
