Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company has been advised that on 23^rd December 2015 Stefan Allanson, a Director of the Company, acquired 133 Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of £5.389 per Ordinary Share.

The Company has been further advised that, on 5^th January 2016, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of £5.41 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
