The Company was advised on 7 September 2001, that on 4 September 2001, the
Directors listed below acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase
price of £10.80 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share
Ownership Scheme, which has been approved by the Inland Revenue.  Their
previous and current share holdings, including those held by Related Persons,
