The Directors and Executives listed were granted on 3 April 2006 the following
options under the MJ Gleeson Executive Share Option Scheme 1997. These options
are exercisable at a price of £3.685 three years from 3 April 2006 and expire on
3 April 2016.

Anthony Collins also exercised 25,000 options at a price of £1.55 on 3 April
2006. These were immediately sold at a sale price of £3.76 per share.  The
options were granted on 19 April 1999 and were exercisable from 20 April 2002 to
19 April 2006.
