Pursuant to DTR3.1.4, the Company wishes to notify that on 22^nd December 2014, Dermot Gleeson and Jolyon Harrison, both Directors of the Company, acquired 13,760 and 20,000 ordinary shares respectively at a purchase price of £3.60 per Ordinary Share. Mr Gleeson's and Mr Harrison's current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
