Gleeson, the construction services, homes and property group, announces that on
17 December 2002 it purchased, for cancellation, 200,000 ordinary shares
(approximately 1.92% of its issued ordinary share capital) at a price of 780p xd
per ordinary share, leaving 10,208,877 ordinary shares outstanding.
