Odi Lahav's resultant beneficial interest in shares has been corrected to 900,000. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that on 14 October 2020 the following share purchases were made by certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:
Charles Spicer, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 23,073 ordinary shares in the Company through his self-invested personal pension (SIPP) at a price of 43.34p per share. Following this purchase, Charles Spicer's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares is 110,793.
Geoffrey Miller, Non-Executive Director, acquired 30,230 ordinary shares in the Company through his pension at a price of 43p per share. Following this purchase, his beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares is 117,950.
Odi Lahav, Chief Operating Officer, acquired 79,805 ordinary shares in the Company through his self-invested personal pension (SIPP) at an average price of 42.81p per share. Following this purchase, his beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares is 900,000.
