Matrix e-Ventures Fund VCT Plc
Further issue of equity
The Board is pleased to announce that a further 125,000
shares have been issued under the terms of the Matrix
e-Ventures Fund VCT Plc's Offer for Subscription.
An application has been made to the Official List of the
UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to
trading on the London Stock Exchange plc.
