The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc , confirms that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Catherine Wall, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Zotefoams plc, a world leader in cellular materials technology, with effect from 14 May 2020.  On appointment, Catherine will join the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
