The Board of Mobile Streams plc (the 'Company') announces that 30,625 ordinary
shares of 0.2p each in the Company have been allotted as a result of the
exercise of options in the Company's share option plan. Application has been
made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 21 March 2006. The new
ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
Following the allotment the total issued share capital of the Company has
increased to 32,284,480 ordinary shares.
