Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Company announces that Nplus1 Singer Advisory LLP ("N+1 Singer"), the Company's nominated adviser and broker, has served notice under its nominated adviser and broker agreement with the Company to act as Mobile Streams' nominated adviser and broker.
If the resolution relating to the proposed cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM is not passed by the Company's shareholders at the general meeting to be held on 30 September 2019 ("General Meeting"), N+1 Singer shall cease to act as the Company's nominated adviser and broker at the close of business on 28 October 2019. As previously announced on 4 September 2019, if the resolution relating to the proposed cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM is passed by the Company's shareholders at the General Meeting, the Company's shares will be cancelled to trading on AIM at 7.00 a.m. on 8 October 2019.
Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if no replacement nominated adviser is appointed before the close of business on 28 October 2019, the ordinary shares in the Company will be suspended from trading on AIM at 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday 29 October 2019. If, following such suspension, the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date that its shares are suspended from trading on AIM, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on Friday, 29 November 2019.
