Mobile Tornado Group PLC 26 October 2007 Mobile Tornado Group Plc ('Company') Results of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') On 28 September 2007 the Company announced that, conditional on the passing of the resolutions to be put to the Company's shareholders at the EGM (the ' Resolutions'), it had raised £2.3 million, before expenses, through a placing of 12,251,333 ordinary shares in the Company currently held in treasury and 18,750,000 Non-Voting Preference Shares (together the 'Placing'). The Company would like to announce that at the EGM held today all Resolutions were duly passed. Following the Placing, the voting capital of the Company consists of 184,431,430 ordinary shares of 2 pence each.
