Redemption Price

The Company announced on 3 November 2022 that valid redemption requests in respect of 2,767,334 Ordinary Shares were received for the 30 November 2022 Redemption Point. The process for the redemption of Ordinary Shares, including the calculation of the Redemption Price, is set out in the Company's Articles of Association.

The Board of Directors of the Company have approved a calculated Redemption Price of 130.36 pence per Ordinary Share. All shareholders who validly applied to have shares redeemed will receive this Redemption Price per Ordinary Share.

1,356,317 Ordinary Shares have been matched with buyers and sold at the Redemption Price and 1,411,017 Ordinary Shares have been redeemed and cancelled by the Company.

Shareholders should note that their specific redemption request will be satisfied through approximately 51% of the Ordinary Shares the subject of their request being redeemed and cancelled by the Company, and, approximately 49% being matched with and sold to buyers. If shareholders require the exact number of shares, they should contact the Company's Registrar.

It is expected that despatch of payments in respect of the valid redemption requests will be made on or before 14 December 2022. Balance certificates will be issued to shareholders (where applicable) on or before 30 December 2022.

Defined terms in the announcement have the same meaning as set out in the Articles of Association, a copy of which may be obtained from the Company Secretary or can be found on the Company's website at www.mobiusinvestmenttrust.com .

Following this redemption exercise, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 107,548,983. The Company has no Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mobius Investment Trust plc is 107,548,983.
