Result of General Meeting
Molecular Energies (AIM: MEN), the international energy company, provides an update following its General Meeting held at 14.00pm today and confirms that the resolution in relation to Amendments to the IYA Loan as detailed in the Circular to shareholders dated 20 March 2023 was duly passed.
"This represents an important and necessary step to make a re-imagined and revitalised Molecular a more relevant and investor acceptable market proposition in 2023 whilst not losing the energy focus at its heart. It is anticipated that further steps will follow through this year.
"Positive progress and traction is being achieved in our alternative energy division Green House Capital, where we see a number of opportunities to invest in innovative and exciting alternative energy projects. We look forward to further progress in this division as the year progresses"

Molecular Energies PLC is an AIM listed company at the forefront of energy development and has interests across the energy spectrum, from oil and gas projects to subdivisions in the green and alternative energy sub-sectors.

Activities in the green and alternative energy space are being carried out under the Green House Capital brand and through AIM listed ATOME Energy PLC operating in Paraguay and Iceland, producing green hydrogen and ammonia for use in fuels.
