Offer for Subscription and Issue of Offer Document

Elderstreet VCT plc ("the Company") has launched an offer for subscription for ordinary shares of 5p each to raise up to £2,034,939 ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document ("the Offer Document") issued by the Company, dated 9 December 2011.

The Offer opened on 9 December 2011 and will close at 1.00 p.m. on 5 April 2012 in respect of the 2011/12 Offer and at 1.00 p.m. on 30 April 2012 in respect of the 2012/13 Offer (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended or closed at the Directors' discretion).
