The board of directors of Elderstreet VCT plc is pleased to announce that the company has today published an offer document relating to an offer for the subscription in respect of ordinary shares ("the Offer").

The Offer in respect of the 2012/13 Tax Year will close at 1 p.m. on 5 April 2013 and  in respect of the 2013/14 Tax Year will close at 1 p.m. on 30 April 2013 (unless extended). The Offer is seeking to raise up to approximately £886,000.

A downloadable version of the offer document will be available from www.elderstreet.com. The Offer document will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
