Management Statement for the three month period ended 30 September
2008. The statement also includes relevant financial information
between the end of the period and the date of this statement.
Dividends paid or declared in the period
On 26 August 2008, the Board declared proposed dividends in respect
of the year to 31 December 2008 as follows:
Ordinary Shares 3.0p per share
'C' Shares 24.0p per share
Both dividends were paid on 26 September 2008.

convert the C Shares into Ordinary Shares on 31 October 2008.

period from 1 July 2008 to 30 September 2008 or in the period from 1
