The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year
ending 30 April 2007 of 1.45p net (2006 0.00p) per Ordinary 25p share which will
be payable on 22 March 2007 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 23
February 2007, ex dividend date 21 February 2007.
