Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

In accordance with the intention stated in the Circular to Shareholders dated 21 December 2011, the Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 April 2012 of 1.3p (year ending 30 April 2011: 1.63p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 16 March 2012 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 24 February 2012, ex dividend date 22 February 2012.
