Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

In accordance with the intention stated in the Circular to Shareholders dated 21 December 2011, the Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2012 of 1.3p (year ended 30 April 2011: 1.63p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 18 June 2012 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 25 May 2012, ex dividend date 23 May 2012.

This represents a total Ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 April 2012 of 5.86p (2011 6.52p).
