The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year
ending 30 April 2008 of 1.53p net (2007: 1.45p) per Ordinary 25p share which
will be payable on 20 March 2008 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 29
February 2008, provisional ex dividend date 27 February 2008.
