On 24 July 2008 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 425,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 122 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 42,188,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
