On 4 February 2008 Midas Income and Growth Investment Trust PLC bought back
100,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 141.5 pence per share.
Following the buy back, there are 44,754,950 ordinary shares in issue. The share
buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
