On 23 December 2008 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 200,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 93.5 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 40,366,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
