MIDAS INCOME AND GROWTH TRUST PLC
On 19 May 2011 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 150,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 113.25 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 39,896,361 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
Following this buyback of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 39,896,361 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 39,896,361 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
