Update Re Portfolio Managers

The Board of Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc (the Trust) is pleased to announce that Peter Elston has been appointed a named fund manager alongside Alan Borrows.

Peter Elston joined Seneca Investment Managers in November 2014, as Chief Investment Officer and is also responsible for Seneca Investment Managers' clients' asset allocation.

As previously announced, the Board is seeking to grow the Trust and plans to introduce a discount control mechanism at the next AGM, in July 2016.

Alan Borrows and Peter Elston will continue their existing investment responsibilities and will be supported by Seneca Investment Managers' investment team comprising Richard Parfect (specialist assets) Mark Wright (UK equities) and Tom Delic (overseas equities).
