Issue of Equity
The Company announces the allotment on 13 September 2007 of 99,700 Ordinary
shares of 25 pence each under its block listing facility. The issued share
capital is now 46,354,950 Ordinary shares.
The shares were issued upon the exercise of the subscription rights conferred by
the Company's listed warrants for cash at a price of 100p pence per share. The
basic and diluted net asset value per share as at the close of business on 14
September 2007 was 164.61 and 161.96 pence respectively. The Ordinary Shares
will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
