Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (the "Company") - Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to the Official List and to trading of 248,612 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").

The Ordinary Shares are to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchangeand to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Share Award Agreement entered into between the Company and Gerald Corbett (Chairman of the Company) dated 31 July 2007.

These shares will rank paru passi with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of 0.02 pence each.
