Appointment of Rob Rowley - 19 September 2007


Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC, the UK's leading price comparison website, today
announces the appointment of Mr Rob Rowley as a non-executive director with
immediate effect.

Rob Rowley, 58, has been a non-executive director of Liberty International plc
since 2004 and a member of its audit committee since 2006. He was a director of
Cable & Wireless plc between 2003 and 2006 and was its deputy chairman from 2004
to 2006. He was a non-executive director of Prudential plc between 1999 and 2006
and chaired its audit committee from 2000 to 2006. He was a non-executive
director of Taylor Nelson Sofres plc between 2002 and 2005 and chaired its
remuneration committee from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, he joined Reuter Group
plc in 1978, and was an executive director from 1990 to 2001 and Finance
Director from 1990 to 2000.

Announcing the appointment, Gerald Corbett, Chairman of Moneysupermarket.com
Group PLC, said: 'We are delighted that Robert has agreed to join the board as a
non-executive director. With his strategic skills and his experience of the
service sector, he will be a valuable addition to the board.'

There are no other details to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the
Listing Rules in relation to Mr Rowley.
