We were advised on 9 April 2009 by Capita IRG Trustees Limited that on 6 April 2009, each of Paul Doughty, Andrew Leadbetter and Ian Williams each a person discharging managerial responsibility in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC, acquired 242, 241 and 241 ordinary shares respectively in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC at £ 0.517 per ordinary share through participation in the Moneysupermarket.com Share Incentive Plan.
