Annual General Meeting, 5 August 2008

 
At the AGM held on 5 August 2008 all resolutions were passed, including those detailed below:

• Shareholders approved a special resolution renewing the Company's authority to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital. 

• Special Business

  Shareholders approved by special resolution the adoption of new Articles of Association.

  A copy of the resolution concerning special business has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
