ON 21 FEBRUARY 2000, THE COMPANY PURCHASED FOR CANCELLATION 50,000 ORDINARY
SHARES, BRINGING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES BOUGHT BACK TO 8,082,000. THERE
REMAINS 69,510,000 SHARES IN ISSUE.
