Director Changes

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Arthur Copple as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2017. The Company also announces the resignation of Miss Kathryn Matthews as a non-executive director with effect from the conclusion of its Board meeting to be held on 8 March 2017.

The Chairman, Roger Cuming, said he was delighted that Mr Copple had agreed to join the Board and said he expected that the Board would benefit greatly from his knowledge and experience. The Chairman also expressed his thanks to Miss Matthews for her significant contribution to the Company since her appointment in 2010 both as a non-executive director and as chair.

Mr Copple has specialised in the investment company sector for over 30 years and is also a director of Temple Bar Investment Trust plc. He was a partner at Kitcat & Aitken, an executive Director of Smith New Court PLC and a managing Director of Merrill Lynch. In relation to Mr Copple's appointment there are no matters requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.

Temple Bar Investment Trust plc

International Oil & Gas Technology Limited (resigned November 2013)

Maitland Administration Services Limited - Corporate Secretary
