MORhomes PLC (the "Issuer") is pleased to announce that the London Stock Exchange plc has today approved an application made by the Issuer for the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's International Securities Market of notes issued under the Programme. The Issuer has today published a programme memorandum dated 11 January 2024 under the rulebook of the International Securities Market and containing details of the Programme and the Issuer (the "Programme Memorandum").
