                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that warrants in respect of 4,857 ordinary shares were
exercised on 21 March and 18 April 2002.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu
with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission
will become effective and dealings will commence on 26 April 2002.
