Re: Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Meeting
Mothercare plc (the 'Company') today posted its 2007 annual report and financial
statements ('Annual Report and Financial Statements') to shareholders along-with
the notice of the Annual General Meeting, setting out details of the special
business to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting to which the notice relates is to be held in the
conference suite at the Company's head office in Cherry Tree Road, Watford,
Hertfordshire at 10.30 a.m on Thursday 19 July 2007.
Two copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements and notice of meeting
have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available
for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is
situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, London E14
5HS. Each of these documents will also be available on the Company's website at
www.mothercare.com.
