Mothercare plc: Company Secretary

Mothercare plc announces that Clive Revett will step down from the role of Group
Company Secretary on 30 August prior to his retirement on 1 October.

Tim Ashby, Group General Counsel, will take up the role of Group General Counsel
and Company Secretary from 30 August.
