Mothercare plc: Directors' Interests in Shares


Mothercare plc announce that Mr Neil Harrington, Group Finance
Director, yesterday purchased 3,000 Mothercare Ordinary 50p shares at
a price of 349.8p per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Harrington holds 20,500 shares
equivalent to 0.02% of the issued share capital and total voting
rights of the company.
