Mr Clive E. Revett: Exercise of Executive Share Options
Mothercare plc advises that Mr David G. Williams (a non-executive Director)
purchased 2,500 Mothercare ordinary shares on Friday 26 May at a price of
£3.4543p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Williams holds 9,300 ordinary
shares amounting to 0.01% of the issued share capital.
It is further announced that on Friday 26 May, Clive E. Revett, Company
Secretary, exercised and sold 44,565 Executive Share Options originally granted
in June 2002 at a price of 207p per share. The sale price was 344p per share.
