Director's Shareholdings
The Company was informed on 28 March 2008 that Garry Knowles, Managing Director
of the Company, on 28 March 2008 purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 2.4 pence per share and
50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 2.5 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Garry Knowles has a beneficial interest of 200,000
ordinary shares, which represents 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
In addition to these ordinary shares, Garry Knowles holds options over a total
of 14,000,000 ordinary shares under the betinternet.com 2005 Share Option Plan.
