PDMR Shareholding: Colin Bradley


Mothercare plc announces that a related party to Colin Bradley a person
discharging managerial responsibilities yesterday sold 6,500 Mothercare plc
ordinary shares at a price of £3.72p per share.


Following this disposal, Mr Bradley and related parties retains 9,500 Mothercare
ordinary shares equivalent to 0.013% of Mothercare's issued share capital of
72,766,125 ordinary shares.
