in the Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRIP) of Mothercare plc. In each case the
shares noted below were acquired pursuant to the plan in respect of the interim
dividend of 2.85p per share paid by the Company on 10 February 2006. The
acquisition price was £3.833587 per share.
