Mothercare plc announces that Mr Neil Harrington re-invested the dividend paid
on 9 February 2007.

Mr Harrington's dividend was used to purchase 44 Mothercare plc ordinary 50p
shares at a price of £3.74.

Following this acquisition, Mr Harrington's interest comprises 11,633 shares,
equivalent to 0.0159% of the issued share capital.
